Why I Photograph

Photography lets me hold a moment — its light, its feeling — in a way words never can.

The weather, the hour, the hush of a place — I wait for the conditions that make an image feel inhabited.

Natural light first. Dawn balloons, desert stars, a shaft through a museum window — light is the subject.

Landscape, portrait, or architecture, the goal stays the same: images that feel timeless and intentional.
